Heard at the game:
“Dirkster, do we have your attention yet.” Said a smirking Don Nelson to Dirk Nowitzki while standing outside the Warrior locker room. Typical Nellie.
“It’s over.” Said Mark Cuban after Baron hit his last three.
Game 2: @ Dallas, Wednesday, April 25. 6:30PM PT on TNT
The last time the Warriors made the NBA Playoffs was way back in April of 1994. Back then I was living with the parents, unemployed (I just quit United Airlines) and hanging out with this girl from Hayward.
What were you doing back then?

That’s right! You can probably see Mark or myself during the game. We were there at the Oakland Arena going dumb w/ every other person in the place! Margarita made the coolest sign. Mark actually won a pizza, because of the sign. I know that because when I was holding it, all the cameras zoned in on me. Markarita, Adrien, and Alberto were laughing at me, because I was jumping and hugging a homeless guy.. hahhaa
It was funny because all of us were fearlessly shouting, “We want Dallas! We want Dallas!”

Next year is HERE!
Ta I was so happy I cried. (C’mon 13 years)
Gabe I recorded the game…what did the sign say?

It was the throwback THE CITY logo. The sign was bigger than all the other ones, and it said “We” instead of THE, and “BELIEVE” instead of City. I was wearing a purple/black/white striped button up. Everyone was going nuts.

That was the most fun i’ve had watching a game at home since Steve Young’s TD scramble vs. Vikings way back when. I’m not washing my shirt, and i’m gonna wear it again on Wednesday.

Yeah…cheering every Warrior basket from 2 to 97…Craziness. I’m sure the Dubs felt the energy coming from the Bay Area.
