…The Final Word About Hawaii 2007

I think this will be the final post, at least for now, and from me, about Hawaii 2007. The Hawaii blogs have been popular averaging about 350 page views daily and topping out at 704 views during one 24 hour period. That was the highest viewed count since a day in May when we had 718 views. With that said, there are still many many untold stories out there, and even many more that just shouldn’t be retold. I will leave those stories for you to tell amongst each other over the phone, or through family party chatter. However, if you have a funny anecdote to tell, or a photo you would like to share, please feel free to add a posting by emailing me for a username and password or send me an email with your story and I’ll post it for you. I’m sure our family and friends (and the 2 people in Russia who keep checking back here) would love to hear from you.

Farthest Traveled: As a Group- The Canadian contingent from Vancouver.

(L-R) Rod, Melissa, Tita Maris, Karen, Rommel, Tita Ning and Joy

As an individual it’s a tie between Melissa (above) who flew in from Toronto and Paul’s mom (bottom right) who began her flight from New York. Her journey actually started from Africa, to France, to N.Y. where she stayed for 2 weeks before continuing to Hawaii via a 2-stop flight.

Best Entrance: Genesa

The most dramatic entrance of the night.

Worst Exit: Justin

Carried out of the Kahala and into the Sheraton by Rodney and I, Justin was second to none in this category. I don’t think anyone else came even close.

Best Hair: Lorie

Platinum purple.

Biggest Flirt: Evan

Evan had free reign over the only single girls at the wedding.

Best Pose: Alani
